This form serves as an application to become a Lopes Out volunteer. In previous years, volunteers were able to sign up for shifts without an application; however, moving forward, all accepted volunteers will be able to select shifts at a later time.
This application closes on Friday, March 27th at Noon. After submitting your application, you can expect to receive an email from Welcome Programs with next steps shortly after. As always, you may reach out with questions to 602-639-6002 (call or text) or welcome@gcu.edu.
Volunteers Receive
- Move-Out Extension - Tuesday, April 28
- Double CCSC hours (if applicable)
- Volunteer shirt
- Snacks and/or meal :)
About the Job & Training
WELCOME CREW (Thursday, April 23rd - Saturday, April 25th)
- Serve as a Building Point volunteer by managing vehicle traffic at your assigned building
- Welcome Crew volunteers will receive a mandatory online training module to complete before Lopes Out
